The Child Psychology Institute is a provider of online CPD accredited psychology courses for parents & caregivers. The brief was to create an identity that reflects their brand essence.
The brand identity and logo design is rooted in the concept of ‘the ripple effect’, the continuing and spreading results of an event or action. It resonates with the approach of the CPI who believe that the ripple effect can be linked to both ‘cause’ & ‘effect’ of a child, their emotions and resulting behaviours, in both negative & positive ways.
The CPI advocate that their courses have a positive ripple effect and that through small steps and easy to implement practical tools, they can empower parents / teachers /caregivers to see big changes in the chid’s life.
A child’s unique emotional perspective is at the core of the CPI's teaching and learning, and this is echoed in the visual aesthetic of our ripple emblem, where the child is core, is central. The overall style is grown-up and aimed at the adult target audience, but is softened by the multi-coloured palette to evoke a connection with children, but also to represent children, of all class, colour and creed
As part of the brand roll out, Bammedia developed some core touchpoints, including a suite of powerpoint templates for use delivering the various courses and modules. A suite of abstract illustrations were also developed to reflect the varying course types.
Lower thirds for video production were also styled.
An extensive collection of custom branded social media templates were also created and supplied to CPI via Canva for easy future editing by the client.
