Drogheda United Football Club is an Irish Association Football Club based in Drogheda, County Louth playing in the League of Ireland Premier Division. During the COVID19 pandemic and in partnership with Drogheda & District Chamber of Commerce, Bammedia were tasked with developing a collection of illustrative greeting cards as a fundraising effort for the club. The aim was to connect the people of Drogheda (local fans & Drogheda overseas diaspora) to their hometown in a time when we had to keep apart.
The theme is 'From Drawda with Love' and featured 5 local landmarks and 5 specific views at different entrance points to the town. 5 common card-giving occasions were catered for, and local speak/slang was incorporated into the greetings.
